The Hardest Interview

As a newly appointed talent manager, your first major task is to personally interview a group of applicants with very different personalities. Their résumés reveal only the basics; everything else must be discovered through private conversations. The questions you ask, the communication style you choose, and the way you respond to each applicant will shape her trust and affection.

Filmed entirely with real performers and presented from a first-person perspective, every interview feels like a genuine face-to-face encounter. Begin with standard questions, then gradually move into deeper and more challenging conversations. A forceful approach will not work with everyone—reading each applicant’s reactions and controlling the pace of the interview are essential to unlocking her complete storyline.

Key Features:

1. Live-action interaction: Real locations and performers create an immersive interview experience.

2. Extensive dialogue choices: A wide range of questions and responses makes every interview develop differently.

3. Diverse cast: Meet six applicants, each with her own personality, background, and boundaries.

4. Branching narrative: Your decisions change the direction of the story and lead to different events and endings.

5. Main and character stories: In addition to the central interview assignment, every applicant has an individual storyline to explore.

From resume review to deeper personal conversation, every decision is yours. Choose the right interview strategy, build trust, raise affection, and discover sides of each applicant that she rarely reveals in a live-action interview filled with professional challenges and unexpected turns.
